1. Operational Requirements
- Access and Space: As a mobile service, the client must provide a safe and legal working environment with sufficient space (at least 3 feet of clearance around the vehicle) in order for us to open doors and perform the service.
- Utilities: Unless otherwise specified, the client agrees to provide access to a water source and an electrical outlet within a reasonable distance of the work area.
- Vehicle Operation: The client authorizes TLSAASC Mobile Detailing Service to operate their vehicle only as necessary for the purposes of detailing
2. Personal Property and Liability
- Personal Belongings: Clients are requested to remove all personal items, belongings, valuables, and car seats prior to the appointment. TLSAASC Mobile Detailing Service is NOT responsible for the loss, damage, or displacement of personal belongings left inside the vehicle or items removed during the cleaning process.
- Pre-Existing Damage: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: chipped paint, cracked leather, loose trim, faulty electronics or any active depreciating areas of your vehicle. A mental pre-service inspection will be conducted, and any pre-existing damage will be identified and bypassed to ensure no further damage.
- Child Safety Seats: For liability reasons, we do not reinstall car seats. If a car seat is removed for cleaning, the client is responsible for its proper reinstallation.
3. Services and Quotes
- Variable Pricing: All quotes provided are estimates only. The final price is subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon physical inspection.
- Condition Surcharges: Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, biohazards, heavy staining, additional treatments, extreme interior/exterior neglect, and other applicable conditions.
- Service Scope: We will perform only the services outlined in the package you booked. Any additional requests, please reach out and we will get you squared away if it is something our detail technicians can accomplish!
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Notice Period: We require at least 5 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in an up-charge if you reschedule.
- Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds, or extreme heat), we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment to ensure the quality of the service and the safety of our technicians are top tier.
5. Payment Terms
- Due Upon Completion: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge late fees for invoices not settled within 4 hours of service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Inspection: Clients are encouraged to inspect the vehicle alongside the technician upon completion. Any concerns regarding the quality of work must be raised at this time.
- Recourse: If a client is not present for the final inspection, we will send you a full walk around video for your review. Any claims regarding service quality must be submitted within 24 hours of the appointment.
